Laboratory
Cobleskill Regional Hospital operates a main laboratory at the hospital on Grandview Drive in Cobleskill and a satellite bloodwork station at 1 Cooley Drive in Delanson. Each year, the hospital laboratory processes in excess of 175,000 tests. The lab employs approximately 28 people, including technologists and phlebotomists.
The Cobleskill Regional Hospital laboratory is accredited by the Joint Commission.
Laboratory outpatient services are available at both sites without appointments. The Delanson site is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to noon. The main laboratory, located at the hospital on Grandview Drive in Cobleskill, is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In addition, the main laboratory is open Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; however, an appointment is necessary.
