Registered Nurses -- Inpatient Services -- Full-time positions,
7PM - 7AM or 11PM - 11AM, Monday - Friday shifts, with every other weekend. One part-time position, Monday - Friday with every other weekend. Per diem positions also available.The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsibie for assessing, evaluating, and coordinating the care of inpatients. NYS License required. BLS/ACLS, Med/Surg and telemetry experience required.
Patient Biller -- The Patient Biller bills patient claims, reviews insurance reimbursement to ensure accuracy, processes and follows up inpatient/outpatient accounts, and performs other department functions as required as part of a busy Business Office team. Two positions available. One full-time regular position, one full-time temporary position, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM. High school diploma, 2 years of hospital or medical office billing experience preferred. Excellent computer and communication skills required.
Accounts Payable/Payroll Coordinator -- Processes and coordinates payroll for 250 employees. Processes and coordinates accounts payable and performs other Finance Department functions as required. Associate's degree in accounting with 3 years of experience required. Healthcare experience and proficiency with Excel and financial reporting software required. Lawson experience preferred. Working knowledge of Access and Monarch software beneficial. Full-time, Monday - Friday and Sunday - Thursday on alternate weeks, , 8AM - 4PM.
Food Service Worker -- General food preparation/service duties. High school diploma required. Experience with a food safety system such as HACCP. ServSafe certification preferred. Must be familiear with and observe Department of Health and Joint Commission rules and regulations.
Nursing Unit Clerk - Duties include medical record keeping, interagency communications, transcription of physician notes, telemetry monitoring. High school diploma required. Previous experience preferred.This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 3PM - 11PM with every other weekend.
Medical Technologist -- The Medical Technologist is responsible for performing laboratory tests in the areas of chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and blood bank, to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease. NYS technologist license required. Full time, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, flexible days/evenings.
Physical Therapist -- The Physical Therapist will join a busy hospital-based inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation practice. NYS License required. Must possess or be eligible for NYS Registration as a Physical Therapist. Must speak fluent English. Must hold CPR certification or be willing to obtain it. Full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM.
Physical Therapist Assistant -- The Physical Therapy Assistant will join a busy hospital-based inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation practice. Associate's degree from accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Must posses or be eligible for NYS Registration as a PTA. Must speak fluent English. Must hold CPR certification or be willing to obtain it. Flexible full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM.
Medical Office Assistant -- Performs diverse confidential clerical, data-collection-related duties, with frequent public interaction, to support high-quality outpatient and operating room services. High school diploma required. Previous experience in office environment required. Computer and word-processing skills (at least 50 CWPM). Prior customer service experience preferred. Part-time position, Monday - Friday, 8AM - Flexible.
