Human Resouces Executive - Senior-level position reporting to CEO. Responsible for management of all aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance evaluation systems, benefits, compensation, recruitment, policies and procedures, employee orientation, and employee safety, wellness and health. Implements and leads HR practices that encourage a culture of employee satisfaction and that empower the ongoing development of a productive, high-quality, and caring hospital workforce. Develops and monitors HR operating budget, including employee recognition. Provides supervision to hospital volunteer and pastoral care departments. Works with senior staff team to accomplish hospital’s strategic plans and goals. Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of HR experience required; minimum of 3 years in high-level management. HR certification required; healthcare experience strongly preferred.

Discharge Planning/Utilization Review Nurse - Responsible for assessing, planning, and facilitating outcome-oriented quality care from admission to discharge, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate integrated, efficient treatment for a designated population of patients. RN with 5 years of clinical experience and PRI certification required. BSN preferred. Previous discharge planning experience a plus. Fulltime, flexible.

Registered Nurses - Come join ur growing healthcare team. Full time/Part time/Per diem openings available. Flexible//Creative scheduling options in Emergency Department and on Medical-Surgical/Progressive Care (Short-Stay Rehab) units.REWARDING SIGN ON BONUS.

Emergency Department - Fulltime, Mon. - Fri., 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m., no weekends. NYS licensure required. TNCC, ACLS, PALS certifcation or obtain within one year.

Weekend Warrior, Emergency Department - 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. every Sat. & Sun. NYS licensure required. TNCC, ACLS, PALS certifcation or obtain within one year.

Inpatient Unit - Fulltime, various shifts, NYS licensure required. BLS/ACLS, Med/Surg and telemetry experience required.

 

CT/Radiologic Technologist - Fulltime, Mon. - Fri., 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Staff Pharmacist, Part-time - Reports to manager of pharmacy and with other staff pharmacists is responsible for medication distribution process and pharmaceutical care throughout the hospital, maintaining a thorough understanding and knowledge of drugs and drug therapy. Provides unit dose dispensing to all inpatient and outpatient areas, assuring that age-specific needs of patient population are met. B.S. in Pharmacy and current license and registry in NYS are required. Experience should include: Externship with hospital pharmacy component and one year of experience in hospital practice, including IV and mixture preparation, familiarity with unit dose systems, computer proficiency,; and familiarity with nutritional support program.

Occupational Therapy Assistant - Fulltime, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Mon. - Fri. NYS license required.
